以前、アメリカの方と日本料理をごいっしょした際、車エビの「おどり」（刺身）を見た瞬間、「Still alive!」と大変驚かれたことを覚えています。残酷な食べ方のように思われたのでしょう。生きた車エビは見た目も大変きれいですし、美味しいそうに見えます。正直、見ているだけで食べたくなるような気がします。ですから、そのようなエビを表現してみました。そのように見えませんか。それとも、やはり無理でしょうか。【1-23-19-1014】
I remember that when I had a Japanese meal with an American, she was very surprised to see “Odori”(Sashimi while still alive) of Japanese tiger prawns, and cried  “Still alive!” Perhaps it seemed l cruel to her. I think living Japanese tiger prawns are very beautiful and delicious to look at . Honestly, I feel like eating just watching. So I tried to express that. Does it look like that? Or is it impossible after all?
